It´s gone a completely bonkers (in a lovely way) in terms of bookings for the Yoga & Self-Care Workshop which is wonderful, however i want to do what i can not to let anyone down. As we won´t be able to fit everyone on the first date i´m considering staying an extra day in Bergen and having the same Yoga & Self Care Workshop on Sunday 15th February at Sjelevarme same time, 10-13kl….Would that be useful to anyone? Please drop me a mail if you´d like to attend (dionneyoga at gmail) and i´ll respond to each of you individually.

We meet to create a safe, cosy, warming environment and to practice the art of self care. A more somatic inspired, fluid and intuitive practice that seeks to encourage an unhurried exploration. Honouring the cycles of your body, energy levels and emotions.


To pay attention to our bodies and undo built up tension and instead allow the body´s natural intelligence to lead the way. Whilst we will be exploring fluidity and active movement, the workshop aims to offer you a deeply restorative experience.


A safe, intimate, nourishing and rejuvenating environment for your body and mind.

Feast on tools and techniques that encourage you to slow down and delve a little deeper into yourself.

Time out to get to know yourself again, thoughts, body, guts, home. Reacquaint, explore how to come back to yourself and discover ways to maintain self care when we return to the outside world.

A sumptuous and sensual journey discovering the best methods to nurture yourself. Addressing how to integrate self care into daily life. More space, stress less, refuel and replenish.

Techniques include:

-tension dissolving

-tools for stress release

-somatic movement

-yoga therapeutics

-restorative yoga


-meditation and guided relaxation


-creative activity


Date & Time: Saturday 14th February 10:00 – 13:00

Location: Sjelevarme, Bergen. 

Price: 300kr per person – max eight people on this workshop.

Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a journal/notepad and a pen. If you don´t have a mat, please request to borrow one when booking and I will arrange one for you.

This workshop is open to all. No previous experience required.
