CLASS: Yoga for Every body. All bodies welcome.
Herosalen, Bergen Barneasyl is a little haven in the centre of Bergen where all are welcome to gather together to practice and play. We had twice-weekly meetups in the city and now squeeze in the space any time we can on my visits to Bergen, where space allows.
Class: Yoga for Every body
Day/Time: Ad hoc events. See calendar for details
Recommendation: Mixed level class with adjustments and options offered to tone down a posture or take it to the next level. Each student is encouraged to work to their own ability and limits.
Any questions, love?
How much does all this cost?
Your first class is free, so come and try, see how you feel, and should you want to follow up, drop in classes are 120kr, alternatively you can have 5 classes for 500kr. For a more cost effective option, you might fancy 10 classes for 900kr. You can pay cash on the day or via bank account. Payment details can be requested via email.
But i can’t touch my toes!
Neither could i when i took my first class! Accept where you’re at and be open to possibility! Beginners are welcome to either class and will be given modifications.
Oh dear, i don’t have a mat…
That’s OK! I have some you can borrow! Simply email me (before 15:00 on the day) so i can reserve one for you.
What should i wear?
Anything you can move comfortably in. And we practice without shoes or socks.
What time should i arrive for class?
Doors will open 15 minutes before class. Here´s a map! Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class so that you can say hi to your friends and get settled into your mat ready to rock! Please feel free to contact me to discuss anything else. Usually, the best remedy to your queries is to come and TRY!
