Hiya!

Hope this finds you well and happy, if not, I hope you feel better soon.

I´ve missed lurking on here, connecting with folks. Have felt the need to explain my absence from here for some time.

I´ve been moving through some health-related stuff, but happy to say i´m on the road to recovery. Glad to be feeling more and more myself each day.

My main priority has been self-care and implementing wellness strategies that focus on healing, which has been a tremendous journey. Some of you know it´s a major passion of mine: how we can all take care of ourselves better and this journey has meant i´m studying greatly, exploring many different approaches and experimenting on myself. I´m grateful for the support from Finemann and the Worms throughout this time, for being there, as well as giving me the space I needed to feel better. And thank you all whether virtual or “irl” for sticking around, I appreciate you.

As I mentioned before, i´ve been cutting down the travel schedule so I can focus on recovery, feel the monthly commute to Norway although wonderful, took it´s toll. However I still plan to return seasonally to run some very special events close to my heart.

Bergen folks: I´ll be returning November 7th– djing (Brød og Smør) and also hosting a Take Care of You self-care workshop with some goodies. Announcement for signup soon.

New year: we will be going ahead with the Brighton New Year Retreat! Expect yoga, rituals, creativity, self-care, workshops, food, focus, clarity and a wonderful start to the year.

I´m continuing the community “pay what you can” Lick Yoga project every Tuesday in Brighton. Will be a new Brighton project around the corner too, will share details soon.

And so, it leads me on to say, how important you are. In case you forgot, that is, or if it slipped your mind. Or if stuff got in the way that clouded your vision for a while…Here´s a reminder: You deserve to treat yourself nicely, to be well, to get enough rest, to have space, and to do the things you need to do to feel good or better. If you find it challenging, try to reach out to someone you trust and ask for support. Try to note the things that make you feel good and implement one or more into each day. I made a “take care of you” board on Pinterest with some inspiration, tuck in and take what you need. If you are already nailing the self-care thing, props to you! Keep it up and feel free to share your thoughts below!
