how i found my first yoga class…
in 1998 there wasn´t much information about it nor was the term defined in any way. but i was lucky to find one book in a library that described what i had been experiencing. it was like gold to realise i wasn´t alone in feeling those things. if you suffer with anxiety, know that you are not alone. nor without hope. and that you can seek help and support to move through it. sending love and reassurance that you can feel better.
