Oh my, what a bonkers and fantastic couple of weeks! Still reeling from two beautiful groups of dream folk at the Yoga & Creativity Retreats where we spent time exploring tools, techniques, practice, ourselves and others in the blissful Skjerjehamn. Read and see more here. Oh and the Yoga Disco got some attention (!).

I’m now back in Bergen and loving reconnecting with new and familiar folk, and getting stuck into new projects, one of which being the launch of the new Sunday class at Herosalen, YES!!! We are having a party as WE ARE BORN this Sunday, class is at 18:00 so come and join the shenanigans at our birthday party! (Expect surprises!)

First things first, landing after a crazy amazing couple of weeks. In short i was cream crackered and needed to take care of business before going back out into the world. So again, yoga saved the day with a super restorative inversion that brought me home. Feel free to use it every day (unless ladies you’re on your flow, then remove the height, eh?).

Revisiting Sia’s back catalogue and my student days. A super reminder whenever the heeby jeebies try to muscle in. Listen then repeat. #wisdom

I have a lot of attachment to Persian food and have been convulsing with joy from a dear friend’s visit and gift of recipe. Sweet memories of chums and Grandma (Ghormeh) Shamsie. Managed to find some dried limes in the local store. Happy for days!

The arrival of February! Short and sweet month, a couple of class changes due to unexpected trip home. We will hold our Sunday class 17 February but classes held during the week of 18 February will be cancelled. Also that week it’s vinterferie in Norway. Classes will resume Wednesday 27 February, and of course continuing Sunday class 3 March.
