Utterly inspired after hanging with such awesome people this week. I’ve not long returned from the first session at Herosalen, Bergen Barneasyl, a room full of Heroes at that, just sumptuous, i feel so lucky! Thank you to those of you who came through the snow to the cosy hall to share your practice tonight.  Grateful.

To those who missed the session at Bergen Barneasyl this week and wanted more details,  I will continue to hold a weekly class in this gorgeous space from 18:00 – 19:30. Beginners class from 20:00-21:00. First class is free, so come and try, see how you feel, and should you want to follow up, drop in classes are 120NOK, alternatively you can have 5 classes for 500NOK. Payment details can be requested via email.
